I have been in the beauty business for 25 years. I started my career working for a large prestigious salon and had the opportunity to study under several top hair designers/colorists in the industry, and I have continued to gain a high quality education throughout my career.
The training that I received in my early career has been invaluable, as I specialize in hair color, highlights and balayage.

Ashley is a seasoned hairstylist with over 20 years of experience behind the chair. Her passion for hair began at a young age, when she discovered how much she loved transforming looks and helping people feel their best. That early spark led her to pursue her education at the Aveda Institute, where she built a strong foundation in cosmetology and refined the skills that would become her lifelong career.
Specializing in blonde highlights, lived-in blondes, all-over color, and glossy, dimensional brunettes, Ashley has an eye for creating color that enhances her clients’ natural beauty. She also loves the artistry of hair cutting—shaping and tailoring each cut to flatter individual face shapes and bring out each client’s unique features.
Beyond the salon, Ashley has been happily married for 16 years and is a proud mom of two. Her family keeps her grounded and inspired, fueling her creativity and passion for what she does every day.
Dedicated, creative, and always growing, Ashley brings both skill and heart to every client she works with.
When I decided to be a hairstylist, I didn’t know how much I would love everything about my career. After thirty years of experience, I continue to educate myself about new techniques continuing to make my clients happy. My results are my best accomplishments. I’m certified in French cutting techniques, balayage colors, extension application and special occasion styles.
After working twelve years in the customer service industry, I started my career in 2013 at a luxury salon. There I spent several more years gaining experience with special training and extended education. In August 2019, I decided to start my own business within Dublin House of Beauty.
Nail polish colors are my weakness. I am always up to date with trends throughout the year and I carry a large variety of colors. The biggest brand I use is OPI but I also use Gelish, Morgan Taylor, IBD, Gel Bottle Inc. , Luminary etc. I only offer natural nail services. I am very detailed and meticulous with each service. I want to ensure you will receive the best, long lasting, beautiful nails ever!
I am always up for new ideas and challenges for each and every client. You will always leave with happy nails! Clients make my job worth everything. I am very excited to welcome new guests as well to my new business.
I’ve been a stylist and colorist for the past 14 years. I love to modernize classic looks to make them fun and wearable. I enjoy using my knowledge to create exactly what my clients are envisioning when they sit down in my chair. I look forward to making you feel your best.
Elisa Ballantyne, also goes by Lisa, had a passion for the artful industry of cosmetology from a young age. After graduating from Ohio university in 2005, she went on to pursue her love of cosmetology, attending and graduating from the Aveda institute in 2006 and has been servicing the Dublin area ever since. Since becoming a mom of 3 Lisa has stayed devoted to her family and clients alike, managing to maintain her commitments to both. She prides herself in her loyalty, honesty and attentiveness to detail in all she does. She works hard at her craft staying up to date on current trends and techniques. She is well versed in women’s and men’s cut and color techniques as well as easihair extensions and Brazillian blowouts. She values her current clients and will be expanding her hours in the salon in the hopes of welcoming new clients and friendships in her chair. Kayla, a seasoned cosmetologist with a passion for creativity, has dedicated her entire career to the Dublin area. Since obtaining her license from the Aveda Institute of Columbus in 2007, she has embraced the freedom to express her artistic flair in the salon, always tailoring her work to fulfill her clients’ wishes. Kayla takes pride in staying on the cutting edge of her craft, attending further education sessions focused on color and extensions. As a professional who values client satisfaction, she is always ready to service both current and new guests. Witnessing the joy her services bring to clients fuels Kayla’s drive and commitment to the art of cosmetology.
I am a licensed Advanced Cosmetologist & Independent Contractor through the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology. I specialize in all things hair – cuts, color, highlighting, treatments for straightening, hair extensions, and much more. Doing hair has always been my dream, and I hope to take your style to somewhere you’ve always dreamed about too. I have been serving the Dublin area since I was first licensed in 2007 after graduating from the Aveda Institute. I went out on my own as an independent contractor in 2012. And although the space I work in may change, my commitment to quality service does not. I stay at the forefront of the latest trends and techniques through continuing education and classes.
